The Signing of the Mayflower Compact 1620 / J.L.G. Ferris, c1932 July 28.
In 1620, before stepping into the unknown nature, the Pilgrims gathered to anchor their future in faith and self-governance. Though the original Mayflower Compact was lost to history, its spirit of common consent and divine purpose became the bedrock of our nation.
Today, we find ourselves at a similar threshold. As we mark 250 years, we return to Plymouth to renew that sacred agreement—strengthening our foundations for the centuries to come. Following the signing at the Faith Monument, we begin a symbolic voyage to Washington D.C. to unite with voluntary followers in spirit and faith for a National Day of Prayer on May 17th.
The journey does not end at the capital; the Renewed Compact will return to Plymouth through the summer and fall, inviting every countryman and woman to add their name to this living legacy.
Your place in this journey begins now—recount our sacred history, witness the renewal of the Compact, and join a voyage of faith that will anchor our nation for the generations to come.
The original Compact was lost, but the spirit of the people remains. By registering your name today, you join a sacred lineage of voluntary followers. Stay gathered with us for official Signing Updates, and Voyage Dispatches as we navigate the path from Plymouth to the National Mall renewing out covienent with God for our nation.
